Home from the Lutefisk Feed

Well, we're home from the Lutefisk Feed and I survived!:-)
No, actually the smell wasn't that bad. We saw some of our relatives there.
The meatballs, cranberries, mashed potatoes, flatbread, and lefse were good!
And of course, they server Ice Cream after everyone's done. Thats one of the highlights!:-)

Lutefisk Feed

Today we are going to the Lutefisk Feed. We traditionally go with our friends.
Personally, I don't prefer Lutefisk even though I'm part Norwegian. Funny thing is, mom isn't any Norwegian, and she loves it! I usually just eat the meatballs, lefsa, and cranberries :-)

While I was looking for this picture, I learned that Lutefisk is eaten in Finland, Norway (you knew that), Denmark, and Sweden. In Denmark, they eat it with mashed peas, (yuck), and bacon. Also, they soak Lutefisk in a liquid called lye.

I started a blog!

I finally started a blog! I am a horse gal and I love horses! My favorite type of horse is a palamino-paint. Actually I like any kind of paint. We have a paint at our house. He is black and white. I am nine years old, and I have six siblings.
Horses are probably my favorite animal!
This name just suited me perfectly!
